Finally got off my ass and made the site Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!
if your wondering how i made the flash valid xhtml, have a look here it’s the flashsatay method. My theme is a slightly modified version of Nebula flavoured Manji preview 1.0 which is really easy to work with. anyway gotta work in the morning. 
In other news i still haven’t found anywhere to live and i’ve gotta be out in 8 days oh well.
